"ATCC OPEN Contest-2009"-Rules.

 1.Founders: Amateur Tosno Contest Club.

 2.Date: Two periods:

   The last Saturday of October,2009-OCT-31, -

first tour.

       (from 15:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC):

    (15:00:00 UTC-15:59:59 UTC)- 1 RAUND;

    (16:00:00 UTC-16:59:59 UTC)- 2 RAUNDs;

    (17:00:00 UTC-17:59:59 UTC)- 3 RAUNDs;

    (18:00:00 UTC-18:59:59 UTC)- 4 RAUNDs.

   The first Sunday of November,2009-NOV-01, -

second tours.

       (from 05:00 UTC to 09:00 UTC):

    (05:00:00 UTC-05:59:59 UTC)- 5 RAUNDs;

    (06:00:00 UTC-06:59:59 UTC)- 6 RAUNDs;

    (07:00:00 UTC-07:59:59 UTC)- 7 RAUNDs;

    (08:00:00 UTC-08:59:59 UTC)- 8 RAUNDs.

 3.Bands: 160,80,40,20 mtrs according to the 

IARU Сontest Band Plan.

4.Modes: CW and PHONE.Contacts on CW and PHONE 

with the same station in the MIXED category 

are counted as separate contacts. Cross-mode

   contacts (i.e. CW/PHONE) are not allowed.

 5.Calling practice in the contest: 

   amateur stations: "CQ ATCC"-on CW and PHONE.

6. Categories:

A. SOMB-member of ATCClub-(CW;SSB;MIXED).

B. SOMB-(CW;SSB;MIXED).

C. MOST/MO2T-MIXED.

D. SOMB-(YL/XYL)-MIXED.

E. SOMB-(OVER 50)-MIXED.

F. SOMB-(ROOKIE)-MIXED.

G. SWL-MIXED.

7. Number exchange:

Member of "ATCClub" send character report 

consisting of a signal report(RS or RST) 

plus a (one-three digit) number your member 

of "ATCC".Other stations send character report 

consisting of a signal report (RS or RST) plus 

a (two digit) your "GRID SQUARE".

8. Participants:

  All radioamateurs around the world.

9. Points:

  QSO with own country count- 1 point;

  QSO with a different country in the same

 continent - 2 points;

  QSO with a different continent - 3 points;

  QSO with member of "ATCClub" - 5 points.

10. Multipliers:

  each different "GRID SQUARE" worked on each band

and each different number  member of "ATCClub" on

 each band regardless of mode gives 1 point for 

multiplier.SWL have multipliers also.

11. Final score:

   The total number of QSO-ponts on all bands times

 the total number of multipliers worked on all bands.

13. Logs: E-logs: Plain text and Cabrillo format 

prefered . Send as attached fill to :

In the field  subject  of your e-mail  of the 

letter it is necessary to mention your callsign

(for example : RX1XXX SOABCWLP ). In the text of

 the letter it is necessary to show,Club; 

RIG: PWR; ANTs, as well as your comments and 

wishes. In case of the paper log use separate

 sheets for each band. On a summary sheet it

 is necessary to show: category of entry, 

callsign used , operators name,address,

complete scoring information,as well as 

the dully signed declaration that all Contest

 rules and regulations for amateur radio in 

the country of operation have been observed. 

In case of multi-operators entry it is 

necessary to include personal callsigns and 

names of operators. Any  comments and 

contest stories are encouraged.

14.Awards: Certificates to the first 3 

stations in the category. All participants 

who have sent logs will  receive E-mailed  

virtual certificates  (ATCC OPEN 2009 Contest) 15.

Deadline: All logs must be E-mailed to :

 atcclub-open@rambler.ru  or mailed to:

 Antony Nikitin ,187000 Pr.Lenina,199,

Tosno,Russia  and envelopes must be date stamped

no later that 2009-Nov-15.
